Whats happening with Ghost Mode Tournament of Talons?

I'm a bit confused and not clear on this overwatchers.
So if we cannot bandi cam or growler because of FPS, does that mean specators will have final word of ha,cks?
This should be clearly thought through so we won't have confusion during the tournament and have fights.
Replays, spectators, frap for good 1 round i think is sufficient to unlegit players.
ScreenShots will also help detect ha,ckers. -

if u dont use growler, the spectators aka newbie sleepyfox and others will be watching and if they see something fishy ur done
i guess dat will be their excuse for not using glower.. Not sure wait for master talon hmph. -

Not saying he shouldn't be or he is one but his past is far from clean.
Oh and if Sauce can run Growler and bandicam and shiz with a 30 fps computer in S&D, then I'm sure the majority of the GM players can as well.
Where I'm getting at is, you get more FPS in GM than you do in S&D since ghosts don't hurt your graphics as much, noticed this on my laptop.
And Talon told me he would experiment it on his crappy computer and if everything ran fine then he was certain everyone else would run fine too. -

Overwatchers are the group of people who will be watching the match, recording any observations, saving replays and screenshots and sending them to me.
Ultimately I will be reviewing these along with the evidence collected and their own thoughts before concluding any decisions made.

Talon has last say.
And that's why he has overwatchers, so not all reviews are put on him.
So if you use Growler, less chaos for him. You want organized tournament you gotta help them be organized. - - oh and be glad this isn't MotGII style. -

This is indeed correct. I'm trying to make this fair as well as organized with my limited abilities.
This is the first time I've done something to this scale so I'm hoping it turns out decently successful. I'll of course be getting feedback from the community regardless when its over. -

Everyone knows he's legit so he really shouldn't run into any problems. -

Fraps kills your fps even with minimum settings. -

I'm going to allow teams to schedule their times if they manage to come to an agreement with the other team. The times I will be posting are essentially going to be the 'default' times everyone falls back on if no agreement can be made. -
@talon... I downloaded growler from the link on your tourney page, and it crashes google chrome and slows my computer down to the point where its hard to move my mouse. However bandicam didn't lag me at all or my fps. Sure every clip is 10 minutes but we can combine them all together...

As long as you're not hackusated to death you should still be fine without it...........
It's all based on 2 decisions anyways, first the overwatchers (Which Talon has already said they know the game mechanics of GM) and then Talon's for the final decision.
