Cross Fire Live 12 Hour Streaming Marathon!

I don't know if you guys realised there are some serious flaws with this event...
1) To find the rooms you have to have Mumble on. Having Mumble on means you have to endure the stupid constant idle chit chat while trying to play GM. Rubbish. Ended up deafening myself because it was so boring. MUTE EVERYONE FOR GOD SAKE.
2) Unlike GMs, Mods have friends on their friendlists. Findng where a Mod is, is by far easier if you can just stalk. Don't tell me this wasn't possible. USE ACCOUNTS WITHOUT FRIENDLISTS.
3) What is the point of streaming if all your gonna do is spin crates and show how full your friends list is? SO BORING. I quite the live stream after 5 mins of watching that s***. ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING IN THE STREAM WORTH WATCHING.
To me, if just felt like a big rigged event. Biased towards people who had lots of time to just sit there listening to you guys every word on mumble.
I've had enough of these events. It's the same every time. Halloween events that happen the day after halloween at 3 am in the morning. Great job guys! Golden Gun tourneys that start at 4 am. YAAAAAAY. Live stream event that you have to listen to boring chat for 3 hours while the rooms are always full with people who get there before you because of stalking.
End Rant. -

I was in more than 5 rooms and I didn't use mumble at all. Nor do I have any moderators added so I couldn't follow. -

1) Where we were playing was not only shown in the broadcast stream itself, but we announced the rooms while they were being made, exact locations. Being on mumble did not help find a room at all, we weren't even in the same mumble channel as the public. You're a good guy Henry, but your first point makes no sense at all because of that. The public was not in the same channel as us, people heard it in the stream, not mumble. If people were in mumble and not on the stream, they had no clue where we were playing.
2) Atleast when I was in a room I noticed the only people that I knew were in the room were the ones we told to come because they were doing the broadcast with us. IE: KatKat, Natterz, etc.
3) We played plenty of matches. There were a few times people asked to show either us spinning crates, or the inventories, so we did.
You even had someone else reply to you that said his success. Being the big game we are, we try to appeal our events to masses. Time is an issue (your reference to 4am) because time zones exist. If you don't like time issues, talk to the governments of the world. That's why I split the CF Olympics into separate events for both NA and UK, so that we could try to appeal to everyone's timing.
Finding a prize wasn't hard, we gave over 16,000. If this wasn't your type of event, than that's your opinion, but thousands had fun today.1 To many spammer 2 Single use codes really ? and only giving 5 out when there is 1000+ ppl watching ? sad 3 get some1 that knows how to host events to do it next time 4 dont use twitch Tv its horrible
Not all of the codes were single use only. We gave out over 16,000 free items. We gave out maybe 100 of those being single codes. -
To add to Rex's comment about knowing, it was also announced we would be in DELTA for these events. Check the thread, it says so.
The moment I logged on and made a room in the very empty channel of Delta 3 where none of the other rooms were made, it was filled within 10 seconds, and these were people I didn't even know.
People knew where to go found the rooms just fine if they were paying attention.
It also took me a good 10 or 20 minutes or so just to figure out how to use mumble. This was AFTER I made my stuff. -
