I remember watching the Live LAN Footage, and the German Team dropped out; I nearly cried. Good sports to the other teams who wore a bracelet for Cyx while playing the rest of the matches.

don't know why people massively give out their condolences to cyx when they've never heard of him previously and he died about a year ago as well. you didn't even know cyx and every day so many other people die you don't know either.

i personally enjoy videos like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wn16ceCUCHA&hd=1 so much more.

im not giving condolences, this video came before cyx actually died and ive been around 1.6 since 03ish so i think i have a right, i just love the editing and how good they are as a team (all pro teams)

but eh your right alot of people knew him because of his popularity, so it obvious his fans will reach out.....

I've known him since eSports United 05, I met him there in fact with Scott Fredricks and Dave Geffon - I didn't personally get to know him, but I got him to sign my mouse pad (I was young) along with SK Gaming, 3D, and EG's lineup. I still have it somewhere, some old LogiTech Mousepad.

You are right, people do give their "condolences" even when they don't know him. A lot of people (when he died) said he was their best friend, that they were his biggest fan, that they supported him and such - A lot of people didn't, but when he died, that all changed. A lot of talent that was unnoticed lost, never to be again.
