problem with "Frost week" event !!!

What kind of nonsense? I've completed Event - "Frost Week": I was not allowed Snowball Grenade and only gave a week Winter Namecard!!! Please fix it!! Thanks in advance!

i played everyday this weak Alaska and now i got just 3 tasks cause of the 9 rounds limit OMFG i want this grenade

i was every day in maybe one 5 round game the rest was 11 or 13 and I wont get my price anyway the stress with mom was senceless >.>
nice idea but a bit confusing for me and in my opinion werthless cause i wont get the price
