I answer your earlier question now, my budget was only 1k dollars, but i ended up 1100 so i had beg to shet out of my parents.

Stop fighting please, if i want to change anything now its too late, i have to send the pc back which i dont want to. I also wanted to buy the smart intel response tech but i didnt know what it was i thought it was some fancy unnecessary component then i researched... i guess i buy an ssd later and hire someone to install it for me.

Great stuff, apart from the video card. i5 is fine, no need to get the i7. i7 is only better for hyper-threading and shizz like that. Gaming wise, they're almost identical. I think maybe if you saved some money on other parts, getting an awesome graphics card would not have been out of the question. Basically, spend most money on the graphics card.

Saying the i5 is better is just a major opinion and not facts as it's identical in most games. But, if budget allows (in general), I will go with the i7 2600k. When games pushes more towards HT, you wouldn't be left out.. I'm not debating price to performance, not disagree with the build. Not showing benchmarks, just stating facts. While as you stating what I'm not even debating.

Future proof. Again, just saying that if budget allows you to go with an i7 2600k, for future proof. Not saying debating performance neck to neck.

There are "up to date" graphics cards that get easily outdone by older ones. I would say the graphics card is a good mainstream card but as far as I know it got a terrible price for its performance. It is not bad though.

An AMD with 6 cores ( 3.4 gb each)
Nvidia GTX 560

22" Samsung full HD monitor
Asus Formula IV Motherboard ( I swear this is the best motherboard ever )
650W Source

Idk why ppl choose Intel -.-
I had to choose between an i7 Extreme and my Amd
15 % more performance for intel...but 4x more expensive....

I highly doubt you've ever even touched an Extreme edition of any Intel product, which I'm pretty confident about since it's 3.4GHz, not GB.

i believe 2600k is for rendering and multi tasking, its pretty useless if your not gonna use or do anything that uses the hyperthreading.
