No es por nada, pero el problema es que no se puede ingresar al juego debido al error de invalid item information, dejo de hacer 10 puntos al clan y no puedo juntar los 500kill para el evento, no podrian quitarlas y una vez que lo tienen resuelto colocarlas ???

I think we should be compensated with a Permanant M4A1 Patriot, I sure others, like myself, purchase zp while the patch is in progress, then to be locked out of our accounts for investing zp is sooooooo Frustrating it is almost comical.
Agree.. even the MODS are doing theyr absolute best to fix this problem asap, it still took to long.. the ppl that bought the crates allready should be comensated with permanant m4a1 patriot. -
dude i feel u completely. i put around $120 into this game and been playing for at least 3 years and never got a perm gun. I think I can help you figure out why your not winning many guns, you spent $120 over 3 year... that works out to a little over $3 dollars a month ($3.33), or about 11¢ a day. I suggest start with $10 a week per account, Like I do. -
All of us who have bought the M4A1 Patriot crates cannot access our accounts.
Yes I know this, but not everyone ingame has bought this crate, My question was a simple one, I wanted to know if they would like a support ticket to assist with identifying the accounts with problems.
Z8 does a good job at handling problems. most of them get fixed pretty quick, and sometimes they dont.
I am fortunate that I have a couple of accounts that I use mostly to hunt down Hackers but I play them fairly often also -
**UPDATE**
We have corrected the issue with "Invalid Items". Players who purchased M4A1 S Patriot crates should now be able to access the game once again.
We are looking in to issues of disappearing crates, or crates that were purchased but did not show up. If you got charged for a crate and did not receive it, that means we have a record of the purchase and will be able to resolve the issue. Please be patient while we sort out who this has affected and get all the crates to their rightful owners.
Secondly, all those who attempted to purchase crates today who received the error message prior to 11pm EST today have received a complementary 7 day M4A1-Adv weapon. This was automatically delivered to your account.
Additionally, we will be allowing people to obtain the exclusive m66 handgun by purchasing M4A1-S Patriot crates all through this weekend. Please stay tuned to our website for these details.
And remember, that for any purchase transactions you can always send a support ticket to http://support.z8games.com and we will sort out what happened.
