don't worry Nikita, you definitely don't need to tell me about being competitive, especially in this game. It is the same in counter-strike as well, most of the guns cannot be used competitively, i'm talking professional tournaments such as CPL, cyberglobe etc, rip.

There was no patch.. but anywho still it's not an overpowered gun. it just the person using it is really good at bursting.. maybe if you learn to burst you'll be good too.
