For all games, properties, titles, and services operating under Z8Games, including but not limited to and without limitation; user accounts, game/computer code, game items/objects, characters, character names, character profile information, clans/guilds and their names, game replays/recordings, art, game assets, music, visual effects, documentation, story, game sounds, chat room transcripts, or anything else provided by our services and games are owned by Z8Games and/or its respective developers and partners. These Games and Services are protected by Canadian and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which Z8Games's licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

The Z8Games TOS is more of a forcing agreement than a decision. You can't register an account if you don't agree, which gives you no other option, therefore, you are dishonestly accepting some of the TOS.

While some of that may be true, you have to take some things into consideration. Because somebody else has unlimited usage to your account [for example, by hacking your account], they also should own your account with that logic.
Accounts were made clear, they are owned by Z8Games and anybody who it pertains to. Just because you have access at any time to anything does not mean that you own it.
If you access a public bathroom whenever you want to use it, it doesn't mean that it is "yours". Somebody owns that bathroom.

A. agree to the terms and stick to them = keep account.
B. Agree to the terms "dishonestly" (as you put it) = lose account and QQ lots.
C. Do not agree (because you don't agree with them) = no loss to z8.

I have read a little of the huge paragraphs above, and now, I can see how some of my disagreement doesn't make any sense, but if you are required to enter some type of security pass inorder to access something, that automatically makes it yours, 100%. That's like someone typing a computer password, then, give it to someone else and expect them to figure it out and have the account. Even if they do figure it out, they still don't own it, considering that they weren't the ones who made the actual password or username. No, it does not. As per the Terms of Use, you are provided that account to create a username and password, which is ALWAYS accessible by G4Box. Per the Terms of Use, the account is owned by Z8Games as stated directly. Regardless of you creating a username and password, the property still belongs to Z8Games. Period.

I understand that, fully. I'm just saying, it's our ownership since we put the username and password to the accounts inorder to access it. Look back to what I posted. Suppose something happened to the accounts information because of an extremely intelligent hacker from some other country, I'll say, then what? The blame is on you. By forcing, I mean forcing us into agreeing inorder to sign up. If we don't agree, we can't sign up, which is forcing us into dishonestly agreeing with something we disagree with to sign up. -

No matter what we say, you will always dissagree with us.
You DO NOT own the account. End of Story. Theres no buts about it. Z8Games own ALL rights to ALL accounts. Even mine. They can do whatever they want with it.
The accounts are a service for you to play the game, not your private property. You could say you rent it from Z8Games for free... but it wont ever be yours.
End of discussion. You wont ever admit youre wrong because youre too delusional and think you are right and everyone is wrong.
