Hackers -- When are they going to get banned?
So I've been reporting hackers for approximately 5 months now and none of them have been banned. In fact, looking at my Megaupload account, NONE of my reporting replays have been downloaded.--ever.
A while ago I asked Goddish (ingame) about that and he said many reports were lost the past 3 months--So I figured OK, it happens. But to my dismay, my recent reports ALSO have 0 downloads on the reporting replay.
-I follow correct procedure in reporting (1 replay, + 2-3 screenshots, renamed to name of accused hacker)
-I only report blatant hackers--ie. ones that stare at walls.
-I have a KDR of 2.45 (non-farmed), I'm no noob.
Now I understand that transitioning from Suba to z8 must take some manpower, but I've been a loyal customer ($200+ in the 5 months I've played, I'd say thats pretty supportive) and I would at LEAST expect the GM team to look at one or two of my reports.
So far, the only recourse I have is to give the replay(s) to the hacker's clan leader to get them expelled--But that doesn't help when a lot of hackers are Brazilians in some no-name clan who also hack.

Stop sending in replays m8 ive had enough of this crap.I have replays of many high ranked cheats a 1st class lt knife throwing in a scrim,sent in report no ban why?cuz he buys lots of sp or now known as zp.Ive spent alot on zp but im not buying anymore pointless with so many noobs playing.Just do what most of the top players have done LEAVE this crap game its a hack fest especially in scrims.Before you think i must be a noob who crys hack all the time your wrong,im ranked in the top 250 k/d of 1.9.I have lots of fps experience and i always know when someones hacking its easy to spot.Like i said before this game is dying a slow death by 2010 it will be no more.

I agree with the above posts.
It's funny how people say we racist or we have prejudices about the whereabouts of the hackers. It's also funny how they are in clans which reveal their whereabouts so easily, or even in their own name.
I sincerely think Z8 should hire some more people to handle these type of issues. I'm sure more hands could do more work.
And I still believe some certain SP users don't get banned, since some of them were so blatant it wasn't even funny anymore, yet they are still happily playing.
It looks like as if they don't care, imo. If they would, they would handle this situation in a more adequate way. -

I´m getting tired playing CW (ClanWars), because practically every single game has at least 1 hacker (I call "The General", since he´ll have -wall- and orquestrates his teammates..). It doesn´t matter the clan rank or player rank (2nd, 3rd... accounts), "it´s easy to use".
It´s rare to find a good challenging game, either finding a hacked-game or happen to play against new players who just play for fun, even if losing by a lot. Like I always say, I´d prefer to lose 0-18 to a skilled player/clan. I know I´m good, but there are many better than me (obviously exclude all hackers)... so I love the "training".
I´m noticing how hackers are even more ****y now, obviously hacking hiding nothing and/or telling you to report them, knowing that nothing will be done.
Frustrating...
Can´t some program like Punkbuster or similar be used? What does the actual program actually do??? Ufffff.....

I agree with this post, but i dont understand what his KDR has to do with this issue xD -
it's not even worth trying to get some people banned..unless there a ZP user, it's way to easy to make another account and start all over...so many hackers have prob lost 10 accounts, but it's not like banning stops them, they just have to start over....but if there ZP users they have something to lose and there losing money if they hack so I think it's worth it then

I usually send in my ban requests at the end of the month, to do in one big lump. I do still have the three videos that bruce and two others have sent me, along with a couple of clans and accounts that need to be banned, and alot of these players do have sp items.
As for the speed of the reports/ones being missed, can i blame discuz?

No. You can blame it on someone with a full plate going on vacation.
Not to mention the hordes of false reports idiots send in.
I'm dead serious. I would honestly do "work" for free. Send me your suspected wall hackers/aimbotters and I will watch them and either discard or send them on up. -

u know how boring it must b watching sum1 play S&D elimination or any mode especially if they come in the middle that would take ages and im not sure and im not saying anything but i think if ppl do buy ZP they do increase theyr chances of not getting bannd =/ -

If the GM's/Z8 staff isn't going to do something about it, not much else left but the actual players (who - if I may add - know more about the game/suspicious players/legit-illegit play, i.e. Bruce for this matter) to get their hands dirty and start watching replays. Or else it's just one free to play game, filled with h4x.

Sorry sometime I am a bit noob , Did you mean by the title of that thread ( when will all the legit players leave and let the game for HACK-ERS only ?) -
maybe they should fix the horrid replay system so I don't want to rip my eyes out watching a replay and then kill myself after realising I looked away for one second and missed the action.
Honestly, hackers aren't worth my time or anyone other than the admin's time.
I shouldn't have to deal with
-absolute fail, the replay system. fix the dam.n problems like friends list, clan server, before releasing new content
-total fail, reporting system, the most inefficient way to stop hackers, spend a lot of my time for a 0.01% chance to see things done

ive seen people doing 360 in clan matches now its gettin sad but i dont think z8 cares -

exactly lol... only thing they worried bout is the money wonder what they would do if the servers crashed..
Probaly run an Ad Campaign On Donating ZP and Getting Twice As Much For What U Pay lol -
LOL at Bruce's picture's. I see the mods posting on these threads, but why not the GM's who are actually in charge of bans and watching the replays? They should atleast give a statement telling us whats going on and how there gonna improve there banning system to be more efficient.
