With the Scar light there is no need to take much time to aim just spray and move the crosshair which works...sometimes. Now with the M4 you need to take some time to aim and know how to use it and if you do that works almost all of the time. I'm a sniper but I do spray on occasion and I must say that when it comes to getting good with sprayers it seems like the m4 and the ak-47 are worth the time. Scar light is for people that don't want to put on the try hard pants :P Anyways my main sprayer is m4, scar light is just bleh too me.

i dont know what you all are talkin about, i bought the scar light about a week or 2 ago and i plainly suck with it. i can do rather good with my m4, but i bagged my scar and didnt do as i thought i would, maybe because i was too comfident. but it didnt go as i planned.
try them both, whichever you like, use. your gonna get fuss about the scar light in game, but its a weapon, that anyone has the ability to buy at a certain time, and if you wanna use it, you will.

yeah or you could just use both depending on the situation.
quite frankly I find using the Scar for pushing into bombsites is far superior to the m4
but using the m4 for defeding seems better,
blanket statements but I rarely use scar GR side and rarely use m4 BL side
i mean, the SL to me feels like it has a higher margin of error in terms of bullet warping while you're moving so you can pull off 'lol moving forward and still head-shotting' stuff.
where the m4 has a higher rate of fire still requires 'reverse strafing' player movements to lower the warping/distortion of the bullets.

ahhh dude the most accurate weopon is the kriss lol and the scar is way better than m4a1 allthough the m4a1 is good the scar light has more accuracy and power.ComplexMind wrote: »Don't listen to these fools! The SCAR Light is a noob cannon, it is a terrible (IMO) gun that does high damage and seems to have higher 'hit priority' during bi-directional spray. The accuracy is awful at mid-range, the spraying pattern is off, and it fires way too fast for any chance of multiple kills at long distances (also loses accuracy fast) and the (new) sound is earsplitting, you'll need to replace your eardrums after a week with it... Not possible to burst with this terrible thing, it triggers the spray-mode quickly due to the fire rate.
The M4A1 perhaps the most accurate gun in the game, it makes up for its lower damage with this trait. As long as you remember to always aim for the head and not the upper chest, you will get your kill. It is lightweight and makes a really soft gentle sound that will guarantee that your HEARING WILL NOT BE PERMANENTLY SCARRED. What you have to watch out for is spraying, the M4A1 will remain accurate longer than other rifles whilst spraying, but the bullets will deplete. Aim once, aim well! Do not waste bullets; poor enslaved children in Africa make them...
The K-2 is the most solid and stable gun in the game, available early on. The firing rate is slow, but it is very accurate at long distance and extremely high-hitting at these ranges. No other rifle compares. It also has a nice 2-hit KO (or in this case, death [...]) that is automatically bursted out if you get spooked. It remains accurate as you sway from side to side and it is excellent at multi-kills (try this on the enemy spawn in Egypt!!). Burst or spray, it does not matter too much if you can control the recoil and the enemy's fire due to its stability. You will find a large number of really high-ranking people playing with this. What you must know first about this gun is to no be stationery while shooting it, do not stand still! You must keep moving for the gun to be effective, trust Complex! -
Scar light is an overpowered peice of s.hit nub cannon. That defines it in every way. It is every noob's dream gun because it doesnt require any skill and they just spray with it.
M4 however, is a beast gun. Its so accurate just tap/burst at the head to be a god. Please don't be another scar noob. -
The SCAR Light wins from a performance standard, however the advantage of the M4A1 is that it can be bought at the start of a player's career and is one of the best starter guns along with the MP5 and the K2. The M4A1 also from what I know seems to be more accurate when moving but I am not totally sure.
