CF Server Maintenance 11:30pm August 30

Attention CF Fans!

The Cross Fire Servers will be down at 11:30pm EST on August 30 for approximately 1 hour while we perform routine maintenance.

THERE WILL BE NO NEW CONTENT WITH THIS MAINTENANCE.

This is just a quick routine checkup. As you all are probably suspecting we have a new patch in the works, take your guesses as to whats coming in this thread.

I also heard stories abaut condom hat. It gives -100% exp, so basicly you wont get any exp.

If there is no Selena character wearing a pie hat, this will be another fail patch.

I'm willing to bet we'll still see a whole bunch of "ZOMG!!111!! The servers are down we're getting a patch!!11!!" posts here for a few hours after it happens.

Last time i checked, patches were usually on thursday. Can't see where it says this is a patch.

Hmm its the last day of the month, maybe they have to squeeze it in on the 31st to call it the auguest patch?

It's to obvius. They said that there will be nothing on this "maintenance", They just trying out some sh1ts what will come out next patch. Since the Z8 folder is full of random things.

rory, they always say its a "server maintenance" but usually its a patch. also, last month they proved we can have a patch on a tuesday.

The Replay System patch was added on Wednesday night at midnight, which is technically Thursday. The server didn't go down at midnight, they took it down at 12:01 AM, making it a Thursday.

They usually say the servers will be down for longer than 1 hour when they're adding content. Approximately one hour would usually confirm that it's simply a check. For instance, the Navy Seal patch took 3 to 4 hours.

Hmm... I think they checking new content for next patch, cus there will be many bugs with new future in Challenge mode. And they put ' BOTS ' first time in this game, so be ready for bugs...

Who cares anyway? You guys messed by still not having released a patch (CF EU is comming tomorow at 7AM and guess what CET not EST).

If you guys were a minimum strategical you would've released hell of a patch before the CF EU came out.

If you want to keep players a good patch is required imo.

Patches which have content takes up to 4 hours...

What's stupid is to still not have released the patch when school is kicking in so they obviously won't make as much money as if they released it during the holidays and CF EU is comming, it's no time to disapoint the EU community.

Developers patch when they want to patch. Not when GMs want to.

Probably they want to make Europeans try out the new version? Duh.
