Yes.
Pre-existing accounts can still access the game. The IP restricts simply prevent people from creating new accounts and using them.
Basically, you have an account already, you can play.
Of course, this is just from what we've been told so far. -

The most interesting thing- almost no one cheats from Europe or Russia . So they didn't resolved problems with cheaters or ping, but blocked registrations for good people -
You IP ban EU ppl unless they have their own CF version, atleast china got their own CF, so what makes you think they bother to play this? sure 5% of them could play this. I bet you z8, every1 is on rampage right now, you can't imagine how mad are we atm, and no I'm not in those red area, I'm in N/a.
As long as I know most free games out there only IP ban countries that has their own game Version. So to me this is just messed up. -

Now I'm sure about one thing....
IP restriction is just to save Z8 game ass and nothing else.
All players who can have low ping in UK server are in red... (I do not care, I'm in a small little green zone in the middle of red).
Which mean, all high pingers can still create new account and play. This is just stupid. Or you need to create a north Africa server.
(I do not want to be racist, but most of the hacker in the uk servers are >250 pings, which means they will still be able to create new account and ruin the game, gj Z8, gj. Hopefully you will also create a ping limitation on servers... I think I can keep dreaming.)
