Honestly a lawyer will take one look at a case like this and laugh.

Case? I would laugh too. There would never be a case because of a company having content from other websites on their forum board. That doesn't change the fact that you should take precautions because the original owner of the content could easily get this company in trouble.

Honestly, if a lawyer took one look at your list of why that isn't plagiarism, he would laugh.

Hes no affliated with Z8Games in any way so they wouldnt get into trouble. And nor are we.

If used stuff from websites in my university assignments. I cited my sources and to this day have not been sued.

You only get in trouble if you claim you own it when you dont. If he said it was him that wrote this and denied it came from somewhere else, then I would remove it.

He isn't affiliated with Z8games, but this forum board is and that is where the information is being stored. Z8 is responsible for everything that is on these boards, as it is on their servers. I never said you can't use stuff from websites, that is, if you cite your sources. Do you see any citations here? I don't. This is plagiarism, and you're honestly clueless if you think it isn't.

Until there are citations, this is plagiarism. Everything that I have said thus far has been factual, so I don't know why you're calling me clueless. You saying this isn't plagiarism when it's fairly clear there aren't any citations tells me that you're clueless.
