a. I'm nowhere in the competitive scene. You've broken yourself pretty much.
b. Your reply shows your immaturity. Instead of answering with an argument based on facts, you merely content yourself with "meh" spamming.
c. Let me remind you that we're on a gaming forum. It's what it's made for. If you wanna discuss something else, feel free to get out. You won't be missed.
d. I don't play for winning, I play for fun. Cheating is not fun. Therefore, when you say that you play for fun, you're a hypocrite.
SCroll up and see your comments. Please.
You clearly said "Argued".
What facts? This is a discussion board based on opinions.
I loled at your D contention. For some people, "Cheating" is for fun.
Edit: You play for fun right? Then why does it matter if so and so uses the kriss or m12? You still play, so you must be having fun.

And where have I cheated? I havnt violated any rules or regulations. -

I'm saying that each gun shall have recoil, basically.

No its not. Click the link for the definiton of cheating.
Isnt that war? Its unfair. You cant just dismiss anything thats slightly advantageous to use as cheap and "cheating". Its not like people are like "Ok this is how we fight" when they go to war.
Its not like Japan was like "You guys ARE CHEATING" when the USA dropped the bomb. Its not like the USA says "YOUR CHEATING BY HIDING IN CAVES" to the Talibanistanies.
Again, I ask Arnt you in the military? Do you expect your enemy to play by the same rules as you?
The Devs put it in the game for a reason: For players to use it. -

I wouldn't call it cheating.
In Alpha I get a 265 ping and someone else may have a 12 ping and they always shoot me b4 i shoot them....to me thats an un-fair fight, but is it cheating?

We are not in real life but in a game. And you say that I am the one taking it too seriously? This game is not meant to simulate war. You're not meant to be fighting to safeguard lifes and family. You're not meant to have any honor. You're meant to compete in a virtual realm. And in reference to this realm, it HAS to be balanced in order for the system to work.MaypleSyrup wrote: »I wouldn't call it cheating.

The difference is, you don't chose to lag. He does chose to use a noobgun. -

Or...One person doesn't have the money to buy ZP, and get advanced weapons and the other one does... -

The game still runs even with these supposed "Noob" weapons. Its not like its the end of the world if you know, about half, the population uses m12s.
Keyword: Compete AKA play to win. Am I correct?
If so, then winning by any means necessay is still a win and thus, succeeded in the mission which is supposedly what your "meant to" do. -
I just dont understnad why using these suppposed Noob guns is SO MUCH of a problem.
I mean really, if you want rules and all this stuff than go to E8. I do it sometimes when I wnat to get away from spamming m12s, but its not like I REALLY care if somone doesnt or does use that gun.
Same thing with the kriss.
whats with all these people who just want to make this game a competitive scene? Why are you in Pubs if you are? -

Not play to win. Play to compete. Losing against a skilled opponent is just as inteteresting as winning, for it will allow your to get better or to learn something new gaming wise.RawrJafrikan wrote: »I just dont understnad why using these suppposed Noob guns is SO MUCH of a problem.

Oh, it's not that much of a problem, really. But if it's not a problem to use a noobgun, I don't see why is it a problem to kick those noobs who use them. What I request is, that if you want to freely use your noobgun without me saying anything about it, I request being freely able to kick you for it without you saying anything about it. -

Only people that have a problem kick those people.
That and kick abuse and noob guns are two completly different topics. As far as my opinion goes, I could care less if I get kicked. It happens to everyone. -

But the sad fact that you guys take this game so seriosly is pretty appalling. I find this hilarious.
It's a game meant for fun, the competitive side is just a bonus, but since humans are naturally competitive, we always want to be the best. -

I dont know whats worse. People QQing about the "Pros", or the "Pros" QQing about the noobs.
Either way, I will continue to chuckle. -

"Pros" QQing about noobs is worst, because they fail to realize not everyone is as good as them. Either way, it is pretty funny, but I prefer to just let things play out and mind my own business. -
For me, CrossFire is about having a semi-decent aim, utilising other senses such as hearing, and enhancing that with planning of my positioning and movements. Since my ping (when stable, which hasn't been too often since the patch) is never below 170, M12 users effectively ruin a match. If you hold down left click and full sprint in any direction, it's goddamn hard for me to get DAMAGE on you.
Your fast movement (increasing the likelihood to "tank") is complimented by the power, firing rate and reload of the gun. Against chinese players on BW? I can improve my chances by not playing in positions where I know they will win against me. Against a M12 user? It's all down to luck of reg, which shouldn't be what the game is about.
That said, I think I have seen Jafrikan in West Coast once. He was M700ing, he's not half bad. -

Yeah thanks, but really... Im not that good.
Regardless, Im tired of these god damn idiots just crying all day about the flaws of the game. The only flaws are the COMPLAINTS.
Seriously, Just be GRATEFUL that this game is free and play for enjoyment. Its like people are getting MOWED DOWN in Syria, and the only thing you can do is complain about a video game?
Talk about self worth. Oh, sorry, meant Self Worthless. -

I think you shouldn't say the game isn't without flaws. It might be good for a free game, but there's always room for improvement. There are some pretty mundane issues, which if fixed would improve gameplay tenfold.
The P2P and F2P audiences are slightly different, so most here probably won't fully appreciate it. However, I don't know how well CrossFire will fare with P2P. Personally, I'd pay $30 for a CrossFire without the unbalanced weapons and a good anti-cheat.
But then, think about some average guy. Would he pay $30 for CrossFire? It's fundamentally using a decade-old game engine. The content and updates are geared towards a crowd who aren't as competitive. I don't know if the average hero mode player would pay that $30. As for proper FPS gameplay? Source is $20 on Steam. -
I thought it was important to point out that you're not what many people probably think you are. The opposition might view you as the typical STAR who runs around using a M12, with left click held down with a rock all day.
Look, I WANT them to see me that way. You know why? Cus it makes them mad. Getting people mad over a game is hilarious, in any game, during anytime of the day, erry day, all day.
The sad fact they take this game personally, as well EMOTIONALLY is sad/appalling/hilarious.I think you shouldn't say the game isn't without flaws. Until this game has an open source modding system, the game is doomed to being dictated by the mods.Peopld dont realize that. The P2P and F2P audiences are slightly different, so most here probably won't fully appreciate it. I would pay for it if I could MOD it the way I want it to be and im not talking about graphics.
If CF can get their stuff together, yeah I think the average guy WOULD buy the game. If you could Mod it, as well as play LAN, then yeah. If they can make it cheaper than CS or as great as COD2 (I compared because COD2 is similar in that its simple) then yeah, Ill definitly buy it.
Seriosly though, Guys, I use the M12 and the Scarl as well as the kriss. And you know what? IDC!
