As those videos show, the recoil of the MSG90 puts you well above target on your 3rd shot, while with the PSG-1 RD that happens on the 9th shot.
And I've said it all along, both rate of fire and recovery time are twice as fast on the PSG-1 RD as they are on the MSG90.
