Actually I saw a ghosts ping raise from 40 to 200-250 everytime he saw a GR around...well he had an axe, more difficult to kill him, but he still had a fair chance to kill the GR guy

Then I was kicked O.o
I was kicked by the host and got a whisper from another player:
"What hacks do you use?"
"Excuse me?"
"Where did you get your hacks, they are very good."
"I don't hack..."
"... 80 and 15 and you don't hack?"
"That is right"
"C'mon, let me use the hacks you have."
"I am all skill, man. If you need to hack at this game it is just sad."
"Screw you man, I'm reporting!"
"..."
Aside from variations of those I have gotten some pretty humorous conversations.
Like, someone didn't think a pistol could shoot as far as a rifle and made accusations against me, my age, my clan, and my PC when I headshot him with a Deagle in Fortress from spawn when he was on the roof...
Another time I jumped over someone and Deagled them in the head on the way over, and they claimed I had no-clip, flew into the cieling, shot them, then disabled no-clip.
And I'm sure everyone has gotten "Don't damage my gun" when you pick it up. One guy claimed full damage to his shotty from one round of letting others use it... -
I tried to explain to a smiley that even though it's great that you are going to report so-and-so for hacking, saying "haha enjoy your ban/you're banned after this game/*name* reported" EVERY ROUND does not make the game fun to play, nor is it necessary for said person to get banned. As soon as I said this no less than 3 people responded with "[W]yvern, you have problem reporting hack?" even though I had clearly said that I approved of reporting hackers.
The annoying one even added "Why, you have something to hide?" and then told me their life's story and about how many hackers they have reported (432, really now) because somehow it proved me wrong.
Thanks to that game, I truly believe now that spamming hackusations should be a mild form of chat violation. -
