The fact that it happens at my friends house, makes it funnier. (= Not my Connection.)
The funniest part is where you said it's not the game's fault, then said it's partly the game's fault right after, Contradicting yourself like a goof. LOL (= LOL DOT.) -

I'm 11 and don't recognize that they affect each other.
That's why I pointed out that I have the same problem on my other PC on the same connection. (as well as A 3rd PC on a 2nd Connection.)
