haha 20k, man they owe me like 100k straight! even Netflix survey didnt awarded me and yeah (requires puchase, credit card info) i did everything properly even send a screenshot to sometrics, and still nothing... 24k zp shorter just from that poor survey

If you cannot understand what this disclaimer and blame z8 for any problem that may happen then just don't do the surveys. No one forced you to do them.

As much as I would love to agree, I disagree when it comes to the Free ZP section. If you're smart like me and use a free anti-virus such as AVG and Malware-bytes, you can do any of the free zp offers with little to no problem. Now, some of these are stubborn and they will NOT give you zp unless you show proof. So ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS take screenshots of you completeing the terms and conditions that were set to obtain the zp. I had to use the support for about 8/10 of my recent free zp offers and I was rewareded for all 10 of them because I had proof that I did what the terms and conditions were to the letter. Be smart, don't trust anyone and always show evidence.

We're responsible for the product we sell. If you've BOUGH ZP and issues arise, its handled with haste.
