Is it true that RPK Gold gonna be coupons exchanged?

I'm kinda tired of playing with RPK Gold crates... Over 300 crates and have nothing at all (i'm crying T_T), but i heard that some guys on forum said that it's gonna be coupons exchanged. Is it true? because i have 100 coupons again right now... Want to exchange it so bad =[
