Brazillians are a bunch of inbreds = poor that phrase translated into the Portuguese language has a racist connotation, do not know if that was his intention

Actually it isn't.
The largest portion of the CF players are from brazil.
therefore it is logical to assume that the most hackers would come from the most dense population.
It may be incorrect, but it is logical. -

About technologie: Here in Brazil...the velocity of the internet is very low compared with the rich countrys!!! Maybe...create server based in velocity...fix up this problems for yours......
A answer to iLaughiing: Im not defend brazilian....on the contrary...im expose they....and bring a discussion about how look this matter!!!!
People must be decent in the virtual world and in the real world!!!!! Anonymity dont be a shield to protect a infractor.....or a delinquent!!!!!
Im enlightened about Br in various post here...in this forum.....despite of exist servers where brazilians play fair.......The majority play with hack tools!!!! And make the image of all other brazilian looks hard to accept!!!!!
Response to LAMMERO: This subject about Joseph Menguele...here...in Brazil....Is much discuss in the academies......but dont have proof.....The increase of twins birth...is really annoying....but not proof!!!!!

the majority of Brazilian players when you think of online gambling and almost automatic to think about putting some hacker in the PC, I know this because I have a lan house and they always try to put but i already got up to leave and get it out of their thinking.
and already discussed with several players in the room about it but like most kids with no education and it is difficult to put ideas in their heads.

As for brazilians and yada yada.... It doesn't matter, I don't care... Every room I go into, the majority ping of everyone in the room is 100+. Sometimes easy to kill, sometimes hard since they tend to skip about the map from time to time.
I bet the only reason they're hacking is because they have nothing else to do and they're tired of lagging but instead of finding something else to do, they find/make cheats to play the game and ruin it for everyone else. Just an opinion, not stating it as a fact. -

I prefer reduce the rank!!!! Something circa 2 or 3 ranks below!!!! Or degrees below.....
Keep it in mind....If the hacker (brazilian or not) use the hack to rapid achive ranks.....the better punishment is not permit this with a regress in they rank!!!!!

Ok... Rooster Teeth had made this long series of Red vs Blue with Halo. I was thinking of making a Red vs Blue-like series but with CrossFire. It would take a while to do, not to mention with editing and finding ppl who want to join in. -

You are right.....But im refer to a player which was caught in hack activity!!!!! Instead be banned for a certain period.....be punished in rank!!!!!
Even now...I report 2 players...1 is brazilian with sure!!!! The other I cannot precise!!!!!
