I hate this, 100k kill, really?? That is just too much, I now have 35k kill and doo you know how long to make 100k kill unless i farm. I hope you will change it to 50k kill cuz 100k just too much =.=

Thank you Z8! I havent been on the forums long, but even I could tell that over this past week, the amount of spam was astronomical.
Besides that, the new ribbon youve replaced it with is perfect. Im surprised so many people are complaining about a mere 100k kills requirement. I mean, really. Yeah, it'll take some time, and I dont mean farming, but its certainly possible to do in a timely manner. Unlike the Veteran ribbon, where you HAVE to wait 1 full year from the creation of your account, 100k kills is possible in a much shorter time span. Work towards some A grade Badges, and you'll make the 100k in no time! (No, not really no time, but it'll go by faster if your working towards multiple things)
And its not like they said the MI ribbon is gone for good. Just going to be changed up a bit, and brought back at a later time. That being the case, just because the ribbon has been removed currently, doesnt mean everyone should abandon the forums. Quite the opposite. You should stay active on them for the time when they bring back the MI ribbon with its new requirements. -
They should count your TOTAL kills overall for a single account. So, if you reset your KD in order to get the Clutch Killer Ribbon, you will still be able to get the Army of One ribbon without totally restarting your kills from 0.

After careful consideration and looking at all the data the idea of the Military Intelligence ribbon was doing the exact opposite for what it needed to do. While it greatly promoted our community and forums (which was a good thing) it drastically reduced the quality of the boards.
We welcome with open arms all the soldiers who want to join in on discussion on our boards, however we do not want to encourage pointless posting. It will take a few days to deal with the fallout, but we should be at a better state soon enough.
In the future we would like to bring this ribbon back, but with more requirements and more focused on smart posting rather than spam posting.

Ok ya it was a good idea to make a new ribbon replacing the fourm one but its still unfair to those who didnt spam to get that ribbon your practically lyk snatching there ribbon away.
the 100k kill ya its gonna take a while to get but it shows that you actually play. You kno this will encourage more hack.ers too? Even if we report sometimes they dont even get banned and plus they'll just make a new file. More farmers and more hack.ers awesome..?

Well, this is just stupid. I understand there was a lot of spammers, but I was just one ribbon away from my 20th ribbon... Now I have to earn 2 more to get 20 and I'm 20,000 kills away from this new ribbon. I think 50,000 would have been more reasonable and getting 100,000 takes a long time if you actually have a life. :mad:

I guess I can't complain. Some people did spam way too much. Good lesson learned, I think. Instead of ruining the forums even more, putting that ribbon for an in-game based mission makes sense. I guess all the spammers took for granted their situation on forums. HA! Now for those who have barely started playing, boy does 100,000 kills seem like much work. GL
