The whole point of the M700, is speed. Not firing speed, but motion speed. The M700 is as light as an assault rifle, allowing you to better dodge counter attacks. Any sniper can 1-shot kill, its just a matter of aiming for the right places. If that's too hard for you, then you aren't pro enough to use a M700. So stick to your AWM, and leave the M700 adv. to the real pros.

well its simple: i though, if m16 have A2 and Camo version, m700 should have a new version.
the m700 adv. can use a silencer, maybe some extra ammo (like +3), extra damage, faster ROF, and a re-skin, with a Urban Camo (thats grey, white, blue and black stripes)
this "new" sniper could be the other option instead of a new silenced sniper, like a m110.
remember the essential of this is the silencer becuase (i think) CF need a sniper silenced with a nice camo.
I also think that a silencer would be pretty useless on this rifle. And isn't the magazine already 10 rounds? I don't think that really needs a boost.
I like the idea though. Maybe making it even lighter would be a good way to get around the low damage drawback. Then you could run around like speedy gonzalez pegging people with their AWMs ;D -

I hate re skins of weapons -.- Some weapons have to many re-skins and another weapons didnt have anything... I like advance weapons (but with silencer or scope). -
