I believe its a black market hack. It is a black market bug that allows people to get the gun that they want. The name is a cover up to all the hacker's so that they don't get banned for owning all crate guns in an hour.

yeah, i love Hero mode too, but i hate HACKers!!! if some admin or whatever will do something about this, or give us the chance to kick in hero/mutant mode...will be great!!!!!!!!!
