CAL\CPL is never coming back.And CAL/CPL, they are coming back with CrossFire on top.
Maybe MLG too, head some RUMORS.
MLG is already working on this years game list, trying to add Quake Live to their rotation, and possibly dropping SSBM. Crossfire is not being added to MLG afaik. -

Yes ESL obviously has the better system and WOGL does need some upgrades. The community is going to be better off with what ESL has to offer. BUT, WOGL did something for the community nonetheless.

exactly, you can clearly argue that it was a matter of opinion if you want to charge someone with slander and can easily back it up with a FAIL AC/ADMINS, with at least 100 of testimonials from other CF witnesses, you're pathetic for attempting to state such a empty threat. -
What Bobby was saying is that another person that represents the organization/league shouldn't talk bad about one another through a public forum. It's unprofessional and you misrepresent your organization/league. Everybody has their own opinion, which is fine, but when you are working for a league, you don't go talking bad about another organization/league through a public forum.
Edit: Legally Bobby is correct too. Whether or not if this is just game to you, there are rules in game and through the court systems. I'd be a little bit more concerned with the court systems then just being banned. -

i hope wogl sues me for slander so i sue them for wrongfully accusing me, then i can take the league can call it fogl, fail online gaming league.
make it for europeans and allow like all bad zp **** and then have a league fee of like 5-10 bucks and make profit and say that there will be prizes but then run when the league is over -

by law slander is is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give a person or group a negative image.
it would be slander if it was a fact wogl is better than esl, since this isn't a fact... anyone can say whatever league is better because it's an opinion.
"WOGL is nothing compared to (whatever)" is implied to be factual.
"nothing" is pretty weak though and doesn't hold up to any kind of trial, but replace it with "trash" or any real derogatory term and you might have something.
US law is a mess though, best not to dig in to that pothole.
