if you want good fps you need good pc.

Using windows 7, avg fps is 100 to 120... If your around this, dont bother with Gamebooster.
Older systems, Gamebooster will help, but getting all the junk programs off your pc will help as well, also making sure your drivers(processor and vid) are up to date.
