This is a top priority being looked at, if you mean attention to the bug, it's as much as it can get. It's been about one day, with patience when the exact problem is found, it'll be fixed and patched asap.

I can't get on o.O
My pc froze when I typed a couple of sentences on CF o.O
So yeah, this is the sec day of this bug..

i only bought 10 gp crates, and won the reindeer hat on my first

but yea, i noticed this bug too im like wth it wont let me buy more, so then i said screw it and went and played

UPDATE:
We have tracked the problem to an update problem in your points. When you buy crates the GP and ZP are being taken away, however it is not displaying as such.

To check your actual numbers in game you can log out and log back in again and it will show the correct numbers.

This also explains why after you buy a certain amount of items, it eventually says "You do not have enough points to buy this item".

We are working on fixing this problem as soon as possible and will post more updates as we get them.

Please be patient while we work on the problem and find the solution.

If you see this occur with you please record what you were doing at the time. Screenshots are also highly beneficial. And send in a support ticket. Once the issue is resolved we'll make sure that your GP is restored and/or the items you purchased with the GP are on your account.

i found this with the ZP when i was loged in and bought something via item mall but it still said i had 100k.

when it said you dont have enuff ZP when i tryed to get more crates all i had to do was go to the item shop and hit that little button called refresh where your ZP and GP are in the item shop and you will have your correct amount now displayed.

you might want to put that in an update or something, Saidin.

could help to cut this issuse down a bit. that button helps a LOT. i would think it would refresh your GP as well. worth a shot at least.

I don't think it's fair to assume everyone was trying to take advantage of the bug/glitch. Me for one wanted to buy as many crates as i could until buying anymore would bring me down below 46k gp. I was going to buy as many crates as i could and spend the rest on a dual desperato, but eveytime i spun, i would get a couple 1k's and 5k's so i didn't pay attention to my gp for a while. Then when i got near 76k gp, i noticed i couldn't buy anymore crates. I thought the black market was being weird, so i went to try to buy the dual desperato because 76k > 46k, but it didn't work either. I logged out and back and found out i have a little over 12k... Don't assume everyone was trying to take advantage of the bug... If i knew i actually had fewer gp than shown, i would have bought my dual desperato...
