New Patch - GP Issue
Hello CF Gamers,
We have recently been made aware of a GP Calculation issue within the game. This did now show up in testing. We are currently working on finding out what the problem is and correcting it.
Update 2: We are not responsible for excess purchases via this problem. We will have the issue corrected as soon as possible. However note that your GP when purchasing these crates should lower down. If you attempt to buy 500 crates because you notice your GP not going down, we are not responsible for giving you 500 extra crates. We acknowledge that this is an important problem that must be fixed immediately. But we also recognize that with the visual nature of this issue, players will inherently be trying to abuse this to get free items. We will not condone this behavior.
UPDATE:
If you see this occur with you please record what you were doing at the time. Screenshots are also highly beneficial. And send in a support ticket. Once the issue is resolved we'll make sure that your GP is restored and/or the items you purchased with the GP are on your account.

We have tracked the problem to an update problem in your points. When you buy crates the GP and ZP are being taken away, however it is not displaying as such.
To check your actual numbers in game you can log out and log back in again and it will show the correct numbers.
This also explains why after you buy a certain amount of items, it eventually says "You do not have enough points to buy this item".
We are working on fixing this problem as soon as possible and will post more updates as we get them.

Yeah I have already experienced this. Just buy a crate from the GP blackmarket that it won't visually remove you the GP, but in account terms it does remove.
I believe that the GP you win on a crate is successfully delivered into our accounts, but it will appear added to the GP crate value. -

Same occured when I tried to buy Wings. -

Good news,so all my ex clanmate will pay for their crates.Better for me that i didn't buy crates without gp :asd: -
i lost 150k gp!
i did just buy and all normal things happand but when i was 150k gp it start to go higher and higher and i did not know what happand, so i just did it more and more and get more gp but o dced and logged on again and then i just got 15.000 ! u guys should post this on new so fast as possible! -

If you agreed to the purchase of an item GP or ZP you agreed to it no matter what your total of GP or ZP is.
Therefore it is not our responsibility to refund you points.

.....i spend al lot gp on the crates ...because there stay i have 174 k gp ...Than i think cool , i buy alot more crates and i become more GP back !after a lot of crates there stay i have 220k GP ...I was happy than i go to the Item shop to buy any weapon ....an there stay i has 3k gp

Because you failed on abusing a bug. FAIL FAIL FAIL -
When I was buying crates I already checked my GP
And I saw after buying 10 crates it gone down but after buying another 10 crates it gone up by 16k again and than it gone down again after buying 10 crate and it gone up again after buying 10 crates again!
It's a loop... Than I thought it's probably clientsided glitch and not server sided so I gone back to the server select gone back in and I was right so ya but anways got 700k gp so who cares... >_>
P.s funny thing is the 16k gp gone off my ZP I had like -80k zp xD but it gone back to normal after rejoining a server!!
P.s p.s if people are gone complain tell them it's there own fault(stupidity) for trying to abuse a bug that the should have reported...
