    That's how I run my shiz son. Completly agree with it.

    To add, when it comes to my team mates, I rather have happy than loyal team mates. Loyal means you feel bad for wanting to leave etc, it's not what I want. I like my team mates to be happy, so they wouldn't want to leave. For a team to stick around you need to be more than a team. As cheesy as it sounds and it is online, but you gotta actually like the guys you're playing with. They need personality, humor and maturity.

    I'm happy and I hope I am right to say that, my team are at the stage where if we got a problem, we work it out. If a member is concerned about something or causing discomfort, I won't cut him and get the next try out in line. We're all gonna sit down and talk, like we've done in the past. To achieve a team connection like this you need mature and intellegent members, which are hard to find. But if you as a Team Leader send off that vibe about yourself, then the right members will come to you.

    I see a lot of teams disbanding for stupid reasons. They get together, play a couple of good teams and loose and then they delete the clan and make a new one with more or less the same people. What I don't see a lot in this community is dedication. Everyone wants to win, but can't be patient to get there. Getting a team is not about getting the top 5 players and raging at them for not working together. It's about developing team work, player chemestry and trust.

    You sir, I agree with as well as Fox.

    Indeed. Wise words.

    It's sad to see that most EU teams die in less than 1/2 months. That is one of the major problems on the EU community in my opinion.
  • * Inner Team Relation
    One of many Things wich are important for a succesful Team to get somewhere. I can say in whatever clan i was in my whole CF time (LND,HighCaliber,Slackerz,ROC) a very good relation with the teammates was a priority for me. i could be the best shooter but if the ppl are not in my range of fun and mental age i couldnt be myself and give my best.

    * Respect
    A good thing to talk about, respect is necessary in the real world but not in the world wide web. A gh and gg or a ns dont gone hurt u and if most ppl gone do it after some time we could see a friendlier attitude. But like i said its the Internet we are almost nameless faceless.

    * Goal's and Skills
    Do u want to be a Fun Pub Clan to chill around whenever u want for how long u want , or do u want to be a serious? Team and reach something together with ur Mates. partial success is already a small milestone like beating a very good clan.

    Yeah what you said is a vital to this Community, as most 2 week teams startup they have a goal to join ESL, coming near there they disband due to respect and lack of teamwork
