Can't receive ZP?!

Hello, my Issue is that I bought Z8 Points with my Mobile Phone with the Free ZP Offers. I didn't get my Money and I tried it 2 Times! Now the Money in my Phone is gone and I didn' got anything!!! Can anyone help me?

I guess it's because you need to be a STAFF SERGENT CLASS 1 to buy ZP or maybe you only didn't connect with your account on your mobile phone for getting the ZP?

I'm Staff sergeant 4th Class. It was an "Earn Free ZP Offer".

ive been doing the life insurance things and doing ALL the ones that come after it and no zp come to me ive tried at least 7 times and oldid i am above seargent 1 so dont reply that
