where does it say you get m4cc? i only see that it says ribbons are made of crystal but nothing for the reward

thanks a lot, i was looking under the ribbon guide and didnt see that anywhere, but i was told by a clan mate of mine that i was close to getting a m4cc, didnt wanna get my hopes up for nothing if it was false -
