This isn't a bug report thread, nor is this a thread used to tell people about your problems running the game.

Considering there are many people who can run the game we may not know the specific problem you might be having. Most often it is due to a couple of factors.
A) The server load at the time of patching was very busy. As such the patch was delayed and broken. And didn't update the game properly.
You didn't download the game completely the last time you tried. And your install file was broken somehow as such it didn't update the game properly.
C) You had an anti virus or firewall active that was preventing your game from updating properly.
Etc.
Almost all of these can be solved with a few simple steps located in our Tech Support Forums.

I tried everything told to do in the forum support thread and i downloaded the game like 30 time so i dont think that point A & B can apply specially when i did at very different time,and for C) i disable them when i download,patch or play crossfire -
