My pb is the fact that i can't download the patch ! I open CF, click "start game", then it wants to start dowload but close immediately. Just after that xtrap run and HGW too but nothing happens later.

And i don't know what is that pb bc my brother have windows XP too, and he didn't have any pb to download the patch and play ...

Can someone help me ?

yes.... maybe,but they still don't do anything for people that can't run it after patch,got same problem as you,game doesn't start after hgwc checkup,send support ticket on october 29 still waiting for an answer -_- they just ignoring people that can't run it

The game doesn't work on my computer too. I send a message to a gm and he answered me, byt the effect is null, no change has occured.
Maybe you must send a message too, because they will see a lot of people got this problem.

Maybe they don't read this topic, i don't know.

We do not ignore people who can't run the game.

But we will ignore people who don't use the proper forums.

This isn't a bug report thread, nor is this a thread used to tell people about your problems running the game.

We have technical support forums for that.

We also have a support page located at http://support.z8games.com.

Considering there are many people who can run the game we may not know the specific problem you might be having. Most often it is due to a couple of factors.

A) The server load at the time of patching was very busy. As such the patch was delayed and broken. And didn't update the game properly.

You didn't download the game completely the last time you tried. And your install file was broken somehow as such it didn't update the game properly.

C) You had an anti virus or firewall active that was preventing your game from updating properly.

Etc.

Almost all of these can be solved with a few simple steps located in our Tech Support Forums.
