You don't have to act like a Moderator. Just be yourself. If you truly want to help this community it will be known through your actions of encouraging this community, not how well you can act like a supposed Moderator. I've told people this many times already, the day I can't be myself is the day I leave this place for good. I will stand by that.

I like the CF procedures to pick the new Moderators.. people tend to act naturally when they don't know they are potential targets for the tag.. not like when you have elections and everyone's a MOD wannabe
