If you were innocent of not hacking try to provide some evidence and convince that you were not using hacks. Put in a game replay.
Or if you were using hacks, im pretty sure that someone that you played with saved the replay and sent it to Z8games and convinced that you hacked.

Speed "hacking" is from my knowledge, a packet modification that the client to the server. But Z8games can do packet comparisons. I don't know the specifics on speed hacking because of the vast ways of doing it like (packets, hex editing, and so on)
