Lost ID /Password
Why is it when I hear of or I have a problem with a password the lost Id/Password email is never recieved? I have been trying to get an email to change my password for two hours. Guess thats what I get for letting my kids play on my account. Someone please help me. I have pm 2 GMs, requested password email 10 times, and now this post.

FYI if you tried to change your email, and then didn't know your security question it could create problems when trying to then request your password.
Account security is the users problem, however we try to offer as much security as possible.
When you create an account you should be keeping the information to yourself.
No one (including family members) should ever know your LoginID or security answer. Even Z8Games staff only need your In Game Name to look up information so technically we don't eve need to ask for that information.
This stuff is kept secure for your own protection. So that you don't lose your account and that at any point you can prove the account is yours so that when issues like this come up it can be a simple process to fix.
