Ukash help!

Hi Everyone, on 16.feb.2010 i bought 10k Zp By Ukash But i haven't got My ZP till now!
i have submited a support Ticket and they said Contact Ukash Costumer Server so i did and they said its succes but i havent got any ZP till now all i have is 70Zp from the last time i bought ZP.
I realy want my ZP

dud your 10k ZP is not bigger than mine

few months ago i bough 100k ZP and i got nothing, I send PM and support ticket lot of time and i still didn't get , and z8 just ignore it.

To be honest i don't really think Z8 is actually really helping others, they just sit down and do nothing, i don't really like Z8 doing this, they should change.
