its a bug, go to your storage it won't say that, its when you switch from nonperm guns to perm guns.

It's a bug,happend to me when on the first bag i haved a perm weapons,and on the second a temp weapons,so yes,it's a bug

Another one:i saw on a players SS,he haved Ak47 knife for 154 days in storage,how did he got it temp,i thought it was a perm weapon by coupons..

u can buy ak-knife for days (180days) or perm

I'd assume the gun in your second bag has about 13 days left on it? I've noticed this bug too. It seems to be related to the weapon icon not refreshing when bags are changed. Don't worry, your gun is still permanent.
