Windows 7 Fullscreen issue - possible solution

First here are system specs -

Core2Duo 2.4ghz @ 3.0ghz
2gb 1066mhz DDR2 Ram
Nvidia 8800gts 320mb video card
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I just did a fresh format/install of Win7 x64, to remove my old XP x64 install and old Win7 RC install. Prior to the format, Crossfire worked perfectly in both WinXP and Win7 x64, fullscreen. On the new Win7 install, i could suddenly no longer play fullscreen.

I tracked the problem down to the newest nvidia driver - 195.62, which I downloaded on the new install. I removed the driver, and let Windows install its own driver, and Crossfire played fullscreen fine again. I then located an old driver - 191.07, installed that, and Crossfire still plays correctly. Driver v190.62 also works.

I have not tried any other driver versions, nor do I have any ATI cards available to test on, but I would suggest reverting to an older driver version from ATI as well, if ATI uses are even having this issue. Hope this works for some people, good luck
