Main Account "Under Investigation"

My main account is banned and states that it is currently "Under Investigation." As I don't hack or glitch I don't see any reason for it to be banned. Especially not even have a reason stated for why it was in the first place. It says to contact a GM concerning this but it is banned, sooo...that kind of makes it difficult to use the forum now doesn't it? The in-game name(CrossFire) is JEstacado

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. I have sadly spent a lot of time and money on this account and don't want to see it banned for no reason.

contact a GM with the account your using now and send a support ticket

i thought some one know your acc (family members , friends, clan member, or hackker ^^!) use it and hacked.

Nah. Even if I haven't played that day, I still check my account's activity once a day. There was no change to any of my stats so that is out of the question.

It might not got ban for hacking or gliching , there's alot of other things u could do to get ban as in insulting someone ect..lol
