free zp crates a bogus lie

it states in the game that when you purchased anything zp you would recieve two free zp crates
as i have sent them support tickets both the 25th and 26th
I haven't heard one thing from them
first because i only spent 900 zp on a christmas item
i thought well it may not be enough
so on the 26th i bought a xmas axe I figured that was enough
well guess what
still no crates showed up
so on the 26th i sent them a support ticket
yep no word
so on the 27th i sent them another
still no word
is support this slow or do they think if they wait long enought
