free zp crates a bogus lie

it states in the game that when you purchased anything zp you would recieve two free zp crates
as i have sent them support tickets both the 25th and 26th
I haven't heard one thing from them
first because i only spent 900 zp on a christmas item
i thought well it may not be enough
so on the 26th i bought a xmas axe I figured that was enough
well guess what
still no crates showed up
so on the 26th i sent them a support ticket
yep no word
so on the 27th i sent them another
still no word
is support this slow or do they think if they wait long enought

You will need to wait for a reply to your ticket. I'm sure there are plenty of tickets awaiting replies and it will take customer service some time to address all of them.

It doesn't say with every ZP item purchased. It means when you buy ZP with a credit card or Playspan or whatever you use you get two crates.
