ping problems!

after this update my ping has grown, and would like to ask you
pra's more attention to this problem which is annoying for those who live farther away.

* my ping was 130/140 then 200/205 now 240/260
this is the fault of the updates that you do.
* I am Brazilian download mirror 3
* use Windowns XP
* Conectção Cable 2mb
