Game crashing after matches

So every time that a match ends, instead of going to the scores screen, CF just closes..it does this alot. so can someone please assist me in this problem?

I have the same issue except that it doesn't close on me every time, just randomly. Sometimes during rounds, sometimes right after the round is done. PLease help up both.
