problems with my rank

i wasnt play this game for 1 month ago, then my rank went down to SFC
the kills and death number are around 20000 : 8000

and i think the GP gone too, i never gave my password or account to anyone, so how come this happened ?

i never cheat or farm, the only gun i bought is AK and 2 DE, it is not should be SFC as rank, and only few in GP. and that is the only account i have, can some one help me, i dont want my account just be like that
