Problem with payment
I bought ZP for $8.99. After entering the details, an error appeared, but the money was deducted from my card. However, the ZP were not credited to my account. Where can I contact support and how can this be resolved? I have bank records confirming successful authorization of the transaction. Please help me with this problem.

After login webpage -> top right , place mouse over your name -> from drop menu select "Send support Ticket"
