Problem while launching the game

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with launching CrossFire and would appreciate your assistance.

When I open patcher_cf and click the "PLAY" button, I receive the following error messages:
- Patcher Error
- "Failed to execute game client"

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Running the patcher as Administrator
- Restarting and fully shutting down my PC
- Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- Disabling my antivirus software
- Adding the game as an exception in my firewall
- Making changes in version.ini file (file is as it should be)

None of the above resolved the issue. Could you please advise on any further steps I can take to fix this problem?

    Note:
     when fresh install game -> you need to use latest game files fresh downloaded from website AND not an older client files you have stored on your PC sometime ahead before latest game patch/update - those filoes can be corrupted already or unable to proper update game.

    You also should send a support ticket about your problem - they may have also other solution for you to try.

    I last played the game about 10 years ago on my old PC, and now I decided to come back and play Classic Mode again. This is a completely fresh installation on a new computer.

    Support told me to make changes in version.ini file but its all good.

    As i know this err may also be related with something from outside the game, as a restriction from windows side or another program interfeering with game.

    Or something on your windows 11 may be broken , try open command prompt as admin and run : sfc /scannow , this will scan for windows side problems.
