Harsh punishments for racists needed.

This game has already a lot of toxicity in itself, if you play the game you know.
That itself is not the worst but what pisses me off is when people start throwing around slurs, bypassing n-words in chat and have no consequences. I just clipped a part of the match i played, the player [ REMOVED ] in the clan [ REMOVED ] threw around n-word for no reason and you will see i did/said nothing to him. I just responded to another player that called me out for my weapon.
What other players see? Well they see a player throw around such slurs and keep seeing him play the days after, no concequences. When these kinds of players are reported, we NEED to punish them severely dissallow them from playing for a LONG period of time. This way you actually show these racists that there are bad consequences for these types of things. Otherwise they will keep doing it knowing nothing will happen to them.

Please help me spread word about this so we can make the small crossfire community that there still is, atleast more fun.

Just print screen ( while in game - press PrtScn key -> game will save a .bmp image in My Documents \ Cross Fire \ ) add image to a .zip or .rar archive and send a support ticket -> violation report, describe the problem and attach image archive ( since website don't allow .bmp to be uploaded )
* video saved on player side , or images taked in any other ways, as using another software, mobile phone ..etc are not accepted as valid proof, you need the .bmp image created by game when press PrtScn.

So why are you deleting stuff that isn't restricted through your rules at all? -
1. Because is stated by forum rules (whatever if a true or not -> are not allowed ! ), a main reason : will start a drama and solve nothing / video saved on player side are not considered 100% valid because can't be verified as belong to z8 + can be alterated after was saved .. and more other reasons / just savegame attached to a hack report ticket is the best way .
2. Cheater will also know you spot him and will better hide next time OR start harrasing you in game until will caught you off guard and send a report and you will be banned instead ( as most of the time they will look to made you insult them in game chat ) - that's another reason why reports are private -> only on support ticket, so only you and support know about the cheater IGN .Gamer since 1997 -

I just read up on the rules, I'm quoting them especially for you:
"This infraction is given out for accusing other players/clans of cheating in a blatantly insulting manner."
"Do not make posts which accuse a player or group of hacking within Lost Saga/Cross Fire or any other game."
So first of all, there is no insulting manner to be found anywhere here. Second of all, there is nothing mentioned about true or not. The word that's used is "accusing"—"accusing" in English means that you say that you think someone else did something. If you can 100% factually prove it, there is not an accusation.
So either you guys don't understand the words you're using or you haven't read the rules yourself as a mod.
If you ban me because I insult cheaters: Go on, no one really cares about this game in its pathetic state anyway. But please stop lying about cheaters getting banned and whatnot when we can factually prove that that's not the case. I've got a friend that's been cheating for 5 seasons, and believe me when I say even a blind person could spot him cheating the way he aimlocks through walls. Do you think he's banned? Obviously not. What you're doing is solely protecting the cheaters, but I guess that's what you're here for. Let the game not get dragged into badlight. This conversation is going to equate to nothing anyway. Not that Z8Games would ever change. -

man if this is true that's sad.. when you report someone with a game replay where it's so obvious and the player is still not banned after the review then that is ruining the game hard. I keep hearing from many people that support doesn't ban many cheaters even after many legit reports with proof, yday i saw a hacker, reported with replay and even added him to see if i see him online after my report but that's just a waiting game and see. But yea if these things are true about cheaters getting the blind eye, i hope they step up and fix the game with removing these cheaters when the actual players that support the game report themvainGOD said:

What I do to track bans is visit the site and search for their CF profile. If they got an "honorable soldier" ribbon, you can just watch like every 2-5 days to see if they still have the ribbon, if they don't, they're banned.TheBeasteke said:

I could upload the demo from my friend who was blatantly cheating and who was reported by me and link the profile so you could see for yourself, but it would get deleted anyway.
I don't think that they turn a blind eye to cheaters, I think that they don't want to employ people who are actually demo reviewing. Maybe there is one person watching from time to time so that some cheaters get banned, who knows. What I know is that they do very little to get this problem solved. Which by the way wasn't always the case. -
ohh that's so smart about the ribbon thing, gonna use that trick from now on haha, also about the 1 person watching the reports, that's probably believable considering the bad reviews ppl have about the cheater report system. No joke, i would even do that for FREE to review and give ban to cheaters with solid proof, idk how their system is, i'd assume a ban button with an option to put in solid proof like a match replay in the same document and if people say it's cap, all they gotta do is go into the document for the proof.
