Hello,

I would like to write with someone from the CF Account Administration Team, because my Ticket always gets closed automaticly.

You should get a reply before, read it carefully.

Or if on the same topic with nothing new or different from a previous ticket on the same topic - it may be a possible reason for it to be closed - even so you should get a reply first as far as I know.

Anwyay, the only way to contact is the support ticket system.

I got a reply that its not the correct information, but thats the problem,

I changed my email but I cant request my password, because it says:

"The account is not available for recovery", but I changed it and I even have the email with the screenshoot where I changed it, but the automatic Support just recognizes it as wrong information, so it would be helpful if the support can actually help me 1 time. I tried it more than 8 times over the year.

"The account is not available for recovery" - the email you enter to reset game account password is not registered to any game account ( can be a wrong email OR if you are sure should be correct then was changed to another email ).

Only support can help -> send a support ticket -> account adminitration -> account recovery
If you are able to provide enough correct info -> you will recover game account.

My account creation date...I only have the crossfire europe creation date and not the "transfer" date so ...

and my email is 100% correct, I got 1 request to change (from the guy who stole my account) and never used it...so its not my error its the supports error... and I cant explain it because the automatic response sees my E-mail as wrong but its not wrong its just that the support doesnt recognizes it
