The players are right here.You log in every single day and play for hours every week to complete the different challenges,just to let a simple random puzzle spin decide if you get the Ribbon or not.
I think that every player who spent time to grind the challenges should be able to get the Ribbon.
Participation is what should matter to get an Anniversary Ribbon, not a gamble feature at the end.Either remove the Puzzle Spin feature for eligibility to get the Ribbon,or reopen the previous Puzzle Spins and allow players to use their Spins for the ones missing.Think about it. Once a player wasn't lucky enough to get a puzzle piece, the event is already over.At the end, the puzzle spin is just a pay2win feature, since spins are buyable by spending ZP.That shouldn't be the spirit for a 15th Anniversary Event. -

Lmao everyone is complaining that a "free permanent" weapon is demanding.This year it is possible to get it.The year before and the year before that you couldn't even get 1 single piece without cashing. Now you get unlimited spins for playing a lot.Play the game.Or don't. It's just a puppet AWM and just 1 ribbon out of like 120.

The modes that most of the players play are just sd and zm,I doubt that force people to play tens of hours weekly modes they don't like is called 'free'.
and those 'free weapons' are their daily 'bribe' to the players to keep them play the game,as their own statement "no one force you to buy zp buy as much you willing to lose" from the counter side to it no one force them to give free items...but let's give it a 1 week without any free stuff and let's see how many players will remain.

Is there any possibility to get the piece from a previous week or to change a repeated piece for another one that we don't have?The truth is quite unfair that I can't get the ribbon just because I didn't get the third piece despite getting a lot of shots. Please give us an option to the people who still play your game ...

My results wereWeek 1 - 1 piece in 215 spins (76th for the first piece)That's an average of 0.75% chance or about 1 in 133 counting up all the totals. I still think the actual rates are lower but I'm not going to keep spinning to find out. This event is still as miserable as ever.
Week 2 - 4 pieces in 415 spins (242nd for the first piece)
Week 3 - 2 pieces in 165 spins (59th for the first piece)
Week 4 - 1 piece in 270 spins (196th for the first piece)
