To celebrate CrossFire's 15th Anniversary, we're introducing an exciting permanent weapon reward waiting to be won through our Spin the Wheel event!

Beginning March 6th, a fresh Wheel will be available every 7 days, totaling 4 thrilling opportunities to win.

Each Wheel has 1 piece of the permanent Avril-versary-AWM-Graffiti and you need to collect all 4 to win this special Toy Soldier weapon.

1. We are starting with the first part on March 6 EST
2. Spin the Wheel for the second part starts on March 13 EDT 
   
3. Spin the Wheel for the third part starts on March 20 EDT HERE
4. Spin the Wheel for the fourth and last part starts on March 27 EDT HERE

There are many ways to earn spins, like:

So little effort for such a big anniversary. It is quite sad that nothing works. All events broken and pages don't track anything properly.

We live in 2024, and the company with the biggest FPS game that makes trillions yearly cannot do simple web pages.

The event is very demanding, I had over a hundred spins (maybe around 150 ?) for the first week, got 2 pieces of the puzzle, but they were duplicates so the second one did not matter. I had over 90 spins left but no use for them. Then it got reset to 0 spins for this week, and with 45 spins until now, I received all the temporary weapons at least once, but no puzzle piece.

So we have to grind for dozens of hours in total through time-gated and time-limited events over several weeks just to be eligible or not for the ribbon depending on a, or rather four, dice rolls.

It's really a let down that all we invest in time and efforts as a requisite to unlock the ribbon can be wasted just because the spin the wheel event is another requisite, for which we have no decisive control over.

It does feel like the win rate is lower this year, or I'm just getting unlucky... I already hated this event the last four years they did it. They really need to make it not count toward the anniversary medal. Playing 2+ hours of the same mode every single day all week, for four weeks, in addition to the many hours it takes to do all the other events and merc pass missions, and still ending up not getting the anniversary ribbon just because of random chance is really bad design. RNG should never be the deciding factor.

Between the first two weeks, my drop rate is 4 pieces in 610 spins so far. It seems like the drop rate is somewhere around 0.05% to get a piece, or 200 spins on average. It took me 242 spins to get my first piece during week 2. I hope the last two weeks won't take so long. At least week 2 was pretty low effort 'cause of Mutation Mode, so I could play it while doing other stuff. Still too much though.
